LOVING PRINCETON, NJ

Family!
I have enjoyed Trenton so far! We have a large area that takes about 45 minutes to cross by car. Our branch meets at the Princeton chapel about 20 min away from Trenton. Princeton is gorgeous. So much green and old buildings. We pass by Princeton University weekly and it is a super nice campus. Tanner, I am super excited for you. Enjoy your temple experience. This last week we were still getting to know the area better. We found some great investigators.
We were contacting last Thursday and we felt impressed to talk to this lady with her baby. At first Elisie was a little hesitant to listen to us but when we started talking about that this message can bless the life of her baby in the future she said she will listen to us for a little bit. We talked about how Christ has already blessed her life and how we are here to add more to what she already knows. She liked what she heard and felt a special spirit there. We have an return appointment with her.
Elvin: He was the first person we visited when we got here. We called him yesterday to come to church and said he could not come but he has been reading. He said that he likes what he is reading and we have an return appointment with him this week.
We have been visiting many less actives in Trenton.
Maria is a strong member but has a hard time getting to church because of transportation. We talked about the importance of partaking the sacrament weekly. She then asked if we could teach her daughter who is not a member so we have an appointment with her this week. Our stake president made a good comment along lines of if they understand the importance of partaking the sacrament, then they will travel any distance. We know slowly but surely we will lovingly help our less actives understand this.
Erica: She is also a less active that was baptized years ago. She wants to come to church but struggles getting support from her husband. We talked about the importance of the sacrament as well and going to help her find a ride.
The members feed us a lot! They are great and very supportive.
I love you all dearly

Love, Elder Plummer
